In my Instagram videos I say "comment a word and I will send you the PDF". This page explains what my small tool keeps when you do that, why, and how you can have it deleted. The tool only works on my own Instagram accounts.

What the tool keeps

• Your Instagram username and the number Instagram gives your account for messages with me.
• What you wrote (the comment or message with the word), on which of my posts, and when.
• Whether you follow my account at the moment you tap "I followed" (Instagram tells the tool yes or no).
• Whether you opened the PDF link.

It does not keep your password, your email, your phone number, your photos or your other messages.

Why

Only to send you the PDF you asked for, to know who asked for which PDF, and to answer you if you write to me. I do not sell this information, I do not give it to anyone, and I do not use it for ads.

Where it is kept

On Cloudflare, the service that runs my website, in a private place only I can open. The messages themselves are sent through Instagram's official tools from Meta, under Instagram's own privacy policy.

How long

Until you ask me to delete it, and at most 24 months.

Delete your data

Two easy ways:

• Send me a message on Instagram with the words delete my data. The tool deletes what it kept about you at once and confirms.
• Or email info@youneednasser.com with your Instagram username. I delete it within 7 days.
